We use United States Postal Services® (USPS) and FedEx® Ground for our standard shipment. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments.

Standard Shipping Rates for U.S. Deliveries
- Shipping charges are based on the weight of the package. Packages between 0 - 6 lb are shipped with USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) while packages 5+ lb are shipped using FedEx Ground (2-5 days).
- All shipping charges are displayed before finalizing your order.
- We are happy to make any special accommodations. Just email us at [email protected] and we'll work with you to find a suitable shipping rate.
How does my package get to me?
Once your order is placed we process and ship it out as soon as possible. Our orders leave our facility at 5 pm MST (M-F and 12 pm on Saturday) on its way to our USPS or FedEx location. We attempt to process all standard orders that had come in before that time, daily.
Once you place your order you can expect it to be shipped out within 2 days. After your package is processed you can track it through USPS or FedEx. To estimate your transit time, click on the USPS/FedEx logos above.
Our estimated shipping dates are based on destination address (zone as classified by our carrier), the shipping options you’ve chosen, and how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment. Orders for multiple items or multiple copies of a single item can take longer to assemble before we’re able to ship to you.

Orders shipped will have their tracking information available in your account. Please check this information, if available, and read through the following options:

- If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, or garage.
- If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable.
- If there is no tracking information, or you cannot locate the package and it is not being returned as undeliverable, please e-mail us at: [email protected]

- All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization, which may be obtained by email: [email protected]
- We will refuse unauthorized returns.
- All authorized returns must be shipped prepaid.
- All authorized returns shipped after the initial 14 day period after the receipt of the item are subject to a 30% restocking fee for all returned/ used items. Any transaction fee or shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Return requests must be made within 21 days of purchase date
